Caramel Simple Syrup Preparation

1

Make the Caramel Simple Syrup

In a small saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has completely dissolved and the mixture comes to a gentle boil.

2

Add Vanilla Extract

Once the syrup is boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the vanilla extract. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

3

Cool the Syrup

Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the syrup to cool. Once cooled, transfer it to a clean jar and store it in the refrigerator until use.

Drink Preparation

4

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the espresso infused Bombay Sapphire, vanilla vodka, pistachio creme liqueur, banana liqueur, and 0.5 oz of the caramel simple syrup.

5

Shake

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

6

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

7

Garnish

Drizzle caramel over the top and sprinkle with chopped pistachios for garnish.
