Preparation of Ingredients

1

Slice the Meat

Cut the beef sirloin and chicken breast into thin strips. Make sure the shrimp is peeled and deveined.

2

Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the onion and bell peppers into thin strips.

Marinating

3

Marinate the Meat

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the beef, chicken, and shrimp to the marinade. Toss to coat and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

4

Grill the Meat and Vegetables

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated meat to the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until cooked through. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the grill during the last 3-4 minutes of cooking. Cook until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

5

Add Ranchero Sauce

Once the meat and vegetables are cooked, pour the ranchero sauce over the mixture and stir to combine. Allow it to heat through for another 2-3 minutes.

Serving

6

Assemble Fajitas

Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side. To serve, place the meat and vegetable mixture onto a tortilla, and top with fresh cilantro, sliced avocado, and sour cream as desired.
