Juicing Process

1

Prepare the Oranges

Wash the fresh oranges under cold running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.

2

Cut the Oranges

Using a sharp knife, cut each orange in half horizontally.

3

Juice the Oranges

Using a manual or electric juicer, extract the juice from the halved oranges into a pitcher. Make sure to strain out any seeds.

4

Sweeten if Desired

If you prefer a sweeter juice, add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the fresh orange juice and stir well until fully dissolved.

5

Serve

Pour the juice into a glass. If desired, add ice cubes to chill the juice before serving.
