Cooking Directions

1

Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

2

Make the Rub

In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

3

Apply the Rub

Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.

4

Bake the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

5

Glaze and Finish

Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the top foil, and brush the BBQ sauce over the ribs. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes uncovered to caramelize the sauce.

6

Serve

Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
