Method

Preparation of Salmon

1

Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

2

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F (200°C). Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

Grilling the Salmon

3

Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

Preparation of Vegetables

4

Prep the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and cut the asparagus, bell pepper, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

5

Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the cut vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Grilling the Vegetables

6

Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

7

Plate and Serve

Once the salmon and vegetables are done, plate them together. Serve immediately with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
