Method

Prepare the Soup Base

1

Cook the Beef

In a large pot, add the beef and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 45 minutes or until the beef is tender.

2

Add Vegetables

Once the beef is tender, add the chopped onion, diced tomatoes, diced yellow potato, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Stir well and continue to simmer for another 20 minutes.

3

Add Milk

Pour in the milk and stir to combine. Let the soup simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

Cook Noodles and Eggs

4

Cook the Noodles

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

5

Prepare the Eggs

In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Once the soup is ready, slowly drizzle the beaten eggs into the pot while stirring gently to create ribbons of egg.

Serve the Dish

6

Combine and Garnish

Add the cooked noodles to the soup and stir to combine. Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro.
