Waffle Ingredients

Method

Waffle Preparation

1

Make the Waffle Batter

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

2

Cook the Waffles

Preheat your waffle iron. Pour half of the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with remaining batter.

3

Prepare the Strawberries

While the waffles are cooking, wash and slice the strawberries.

4

Assemble the Little Grace

Cut each waffle in half. Top with sliced strawberries, a dusting of powdered sugar, a dollop of whipped cream, and a drizzle of syrup.
