Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Fries
If you're serving with fries, start by preparing them according to package instructions or your preferred recipe.
Heat the Roast Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, add the sliced roast beef. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until warmed through.
Assemble the Sandwich
While the beef is heating, split the Italian rolls and spread butter on the inside. Place the warmed roast beef on the bottom half of each roll, followed by a slice of provolone cheese.
Melt the Cheese
Place the sandwich halves under a broiler for about 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
Remove from the broiler and close the sandwiches. Serve hot with fries on the side.
