1

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 15x10 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2

Mix Wet Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until the mixture is pale and fluffy. Add in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.

3

Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

4

Combine Mixtures

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, gently folding until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

5

Bake the Cake

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6

Cool the Cake

Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Then, carefully invert it onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.

7

Roll the Cake

Starting from one end, gently roll the cake with the towel inside it, creating a log shape. Let it cool completely in this rolled form.
