Cocktail

Build the Drink

Fill a highball glass or an old-fashioned glass with ice (crushed or cubed). Pour 1 oz Campari over the ice, then add 1 oz sweet (rosso) vermouth.

Add Soda

Top with about 2 oz chilled soda water (adjust to taste for dilution and strength). Gently stir once or twice with a bar spoon to combine without flattening the soda.

Garnish and Serve

Express an orange twist over the drink to release oils, then drop the twist or a thin orange slice into the glass. Serve immediately with a short straw or stirrer.
