Preparing the Sake Flight
Select the Sake
Choose four different types of sake: Junmai, Ginjo, Daiginjo, and Namazake. Measure 200 ml of each type using a jigger or measuring cup.
Chill the Sake
Place the measured sake bottles into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes prior to serving to ensure they are served chilled.
Garnish the Sake
Add a slice of yuzu citrus and a shiso leaf to each glass for aromatic enhancement.
Preparing Tasting Accompaniments
Prepare Pickled Ginger
Take 50g of pickled ginger and place it in a small serving bowl.
Prepare Wasabi Peas
Measure out 30g of wasabi peas and place them in a separate small bowl.
Prepare Edamame
Boil or steam 100g of edamame until tender, then sprinkle with sea salt and serve in their pods.
Arrange Sushi Assortment
Place 200g of sushi assortment on a serving platter. Arrange them aesthetically for an appealing presentation.
