Prepare the Potato-Horseradish Crust
Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them in a bowl. Mix in the prepared horseradish, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Crust the Salmon
Carefully flip the salmon and pack the potato-horseradish mixture on top of each fillet. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
Make the Citrus Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Prepare the Lemon-Tabasco Aioli
In another bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Tabasco sauce until smooth and well blended.
