Preparation

1

Prepare the Sauce

In a medium saucepan, combine tamarind paste, tomato sauce, and water. Stir well to combine.

2

Season the Sauce

Add chopped cilantro, capers, salt, black pepper, and red chili powder to the saucepan. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat.

Cooking

3

Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4

Cook the Proteins

In a large skillet, add the tandoori sausage slices over medium-high heat. Sauté until slightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.

5

Add Seafood

Add shrimp and clams to the skillet with the sausage. Cook until shrimp is pink and clams are open, about 5-7 minutes.

6

Combine Everything

Pour the prepared sauce over the seafood and sausage mixture. Stir to coat well and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

7

Toss with Linguine

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and gently toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.

8

Add Paneer

Fold in cubed paneer and let it warm through for about 2 minutes before serving.
