Method

Cocktail

1

Prepare shaker

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with fresh ice (about 1 cup).

2

Add ingredients

Pour 2 oz house vodka, 2 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz cranberry juice, 0.5 oz Coco Lopez, and 0.5 oz fresh lime juice into the shaker over the ice.

3

Dry shake (optional)

If you prefer a creamier, slightly frothy texture from the Coco Lopez, cap the shaker and shake vigorously without ice for 10 seconds to emulsify the cream of coconut with the juices.

4

Shake with ice

Add ice (if you performed a dry shake, add fresh ice now) and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the shaker is cold to the touch and the mixture is well-chilled and slightly frothy.

5

Strain

Double-strain the cocktail (use a Hawthorne strainer and, if available, a fine mesh strainer) into a chilled coupe, martini glass, or an ice-filled rocks glass depending on desired presentation.

Garnish & Serve

6

Garnish the drink with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim and optionally tuck a small pineapple leaf or wedge beside it for a tropical look. Serve immediately.
