Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Chill an old fashioned glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
Mix the Cocktail
In a mixing glass, combine the Gran Centenario Añejo tequila, chocolate mole bitters, and piloncillo. Add ice and stir well until chilled and the piloncillo is dissolved.
Strain and Serve
Discard the ice water from the chilled old fashioned glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass over fresh ice.
Garnish
Garnish with shaved dark chocolate and a strip of orange peel for added aroma and flavor.
