Prepare glass
Fill a large wine glass (or an Old Fashioned glass if preferred) with plenty of ice cubes until nearly full. Chilling the glass first is optional but recommended.
Add Campari
Pour 2 oz of Campari directly over the ice.
Add Prosecco
Slowly pour 3 oz of chilled Prosecco over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass to help preserve carbonation and create a layered presentation.
Top with soda
Gently add 1 oz of chilled soda water to the top to lighten the drink. Stir once gently 2–3 times with a bar spoon to combine, taking care not to flatten the bubbles.
