Mock Mule Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Take a tall glass or a copper mug and fill it with ice cubes to chill the drink. Make sure to leave some space at the top for the liquid ingredients.
Add Tart Cherry Simple Syrup
Pour 1 oz of tart cherry simple syrup over the ice in the glass.
Pour in Lime Juice
Add 2 tablespoons of lime juice to the glass, mixing it gently with the simple syrup.
Top with Ginger Beer
Slowly pour 12 oz of ginger beer into the glass, allowing it to mix with the syrup and lime juice.
Garnish the Drink
Add a fresh lime wedge on the rim of the glass and drop in 5 fresh mint leaves for added aroma and flavor.
Serve
Stir gently if needed and serve immediately with a straw or a stirring stick.
