Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Peach Puree
If you don't have pre-made peach puree, take fresh peaches, peel and pit them, then blend until smooth. You can add a little sugar or lemon juice for taste if desired.
Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the peach puree and peach schnapps. Stir well to combine.
Add the Prosecco
Slowly pour in the Prosecco to the mixture while gently stirring to maintain the bubbles. Be careful not to stir too vigorously.
Serve
Pour the Bellini mixture into champagne flutes or your glass of choice. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach if desired and serve immediately.
