Method

Preparation

1

Chill the Champagne

Place the bottle of Champagne or sparkling wine in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is well chilled.

2

Juice the Oranges

If using fresh oranges, juice enough to yield 2 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain the juice to remove pulp, if desired.

Mixing the Mimosas

3

Combine Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice and the chilled Champagne or sparkling wine. Stir gently to mix.

4

Add Optional Juices

For added flavor, you can mix in the optional pineapple juice, cranberry juice, or peach puree to the pitcher. Adjust the proportions to your taste.

Serving

5

Prepare Glasses

Fill champagne flutes or cocktail glasses with the mimosa mixture until about 2/3 full.

6

Garnish (Optional)

Add fresh mint leaves or a slice of orange to each glass for a decorative touch.

7

Serve Immediately

Serve the mimosas immediately to enjoy the bubbles while they last. Encourage guests to refill their glasses as desired for a bottomless experience.
