Preparation
Chill the Champagne
Place the bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne in the refrigerator or an ice bucket for at least 1 hour before serving to ensure it is well-chilled.
Prepare Juices
Pour 2 cups each of fresh orange juice, raspberry lemonade, and cranberry juice into separate pitchers or containers for easy serving.
Wash and Cut Fruits
Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice the strawberries, kiwi, and oranges. Keep the blueberries and raspberries whole. Arrange all fruits on a serving platter.
Serving
Set Up the Mimosa Board
On a large serving board or table, place the pitchers of juices alongside the fruit platter. Make sure to arrange the fruits in an aesthetically pleasing way.
Serve the Champagne
Open the bottle of chilled Veuve Clicquot Champagne and pour it into flutes. Invite guests to combine the champagne with their choice of juice and add fresh fruits as desired.
