This New England-style IPA boasts a harmonious blend of hops, delivering notes of juicy mango, zesty citrus, and a hint of pine, all balanced by a subtle malt sweetness. Perfectly crafted for those who appreciate a bold and refreshing beer, each sip invites you to savor the artistry behind this innovative brew.

Heat 5 liters of water to 160°F (71°C). Add the Pale Malt, Caramel Malt, and Flaked Oats to the water to create a mash. Maintain the temperature for 60 minutes.

Mashing

After mashing, separate the liquid (wort) from the grains. Sparge the grains with additional hot water to collect more wort.

Lautering

Bring the wort to a boil. Add Citra hops at the start of the boil, Mosaic hops at 15 minutes remaining, and Amarillo hops at 5 minutes remaining. Boil for a total of 60 minutes.

Boiling

Cool the wort quickly to below 70°F (21°C) using a wort chiller or an ice bath.

Cooling

Transfer the cooled wort to a sanitized fermentation vessel. Add the yeast packet and seal the vessel. Let it ferment for 1-2 weeks at room temperature.

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, transfer the beer to bottles or a keg. Carbonate as desired and let it sit for another week before enjoying.
