Main Ingredients

Method

Preparing the Lemon Aioli

1

Make the Lemon Aioli

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and set aside.

Cooking the Scallops

2

Pan-sear the Scallops

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Season the scallops with salt and pepper. Once the oil is hot, add the scallops and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Assembling the Sliders

3

Assemble the Sliders

Slice the slider buns in half. Spread a generous amount of lemon aioli on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf and 2 seared scallops on top of the aioli. Close the sliders with the top half of the buns.
