Preparation Instructions

1

Prepare the Pickled Radish

Thinly slice radishes and place them in a bowl. Add a mixture of equal parts vinegar and water, along with a pinch of salt. Let them pickle for at least 30 minutes.

2

Make the Green Goddess Dressing

In a blender, combine fresh herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.

3

Prepare the Buttermilk Kajmak

In a bowl, mix buttermilk and kajmak cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4

Toast the Breadcrumbs

In a skillet, lightly toast breadcrumbs in a bit of olive oil until golden brown. Set aside.

5

Assemble the Salad

Cut the Little Gem lettuce in half lengthwise and place the halves on a serving platter. Drizzle the green goddess dressing over the lettuce, add the pickled radishes, dollops of buttermilk kajmak, and sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs.

6

Serve

Serve immediately while the salad is fresh and crisp.
