Method

Cocktail

1

Chill glass

Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail to thoroughly chill.

2

Combine ingredients

Add Belvedere vodka, peach schnapps, mango juice, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker.

3

Add ice and shake

Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup). Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the exterior of the shaker is very cold and slightly frosted.

4

Strain

Discard the ice or water from the chilled glass. Fine-strain the contents of the shaker into the chilled martini/coupe glass to remove small ice chips and any pulp for a silky texture.

5

Adjust sweetness (optional)

Taste a small sip. If you prefer it sweeter, add 0.25 oz simple syrup to the shaker, re-shake briefly with fresh ice, and re-strain.

Garnish & Finish

6

Float a thin fresh peach slice on the surface or thread it on the rim. Add a dehydrated mango wheel or a lime twist for color and aromatic lift. Serve immediately.
