Prepare and shake
Fill a cocktail shaker about two-thirds full with ice. Add Absolut Mandarin (2 oz), Midori (1 oz), fresh orange juice (3 oz) and sour mix (1/2 oz) to the shaker.
Shake
Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold and slightly frosted, which chills and lightly dilutes the drink.
Garnish
Garnish with an orange wheel or twist on the rim and drop in a maraschino cherry if using. Optionally express an orange peel over the drink to release oils for extra aroma.
