Preparation

1

Prepare the Glass

Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.

2

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, cranberry juice, fresh lime juice, and peach puree. Fill the shaker with ice.

3

Shake

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

4

Strain into Glass

Discard the ice water from the cocktail glass. Strain the mixed cocktail into the chilled glass.

5

Top with Prosecco

Slowly pour the prosecco over the top of the strained cocktail to create a layered effect.

Garnishing

6

Add Garnish

Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass and a fresh peach slice for an attractive presentation.
