Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the heirloom tomatoes into thick slices. Peel and slice the cucumber into rounds. Set aside.

Assemble the Salad

On a serving platter, arrange the sliced heirloom tomatoes and cucumber. Tear the burrata into pieces and place it on top of the tomatoes.

Add Condiments

Drizzle wasabi spread over the top of the burrata and add the pickled onions. Then sprinkle the volcanic salt over the entire dish.

Finish with Greens

Scatter fresh basil leaves and arugula around the plate. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and fig balsamic vinegar just before serving.
