Prepare Hibiscus Tea

In a small pot, boil 1 cup of water and add the dried hibiscus flowers. Let it steep for about 10 minutes. Strain and cool the hibiscus tea.

Prepare the Glass

Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip the rim into salt to coat.

Mix the Margarita

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of El Jimador Reposado tequila, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 1 oz of simple syrup, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, and 1 oz of cooled hibiscus tea. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
