Classic Margarita

Prepare the Glass

Rub the rim of a chilled glass with a lime wedge and dip it into salt to coat the rim.

Mix Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, and triple sec. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Mojito

Muddle Mint and Sugar

In a sturdy glass, muddle the fresh mint leaves with sugar and lime juice to release the mint oils.

Add Rum

Pour the white rum into the glass and stir gently to combine.

Add Soda Water

Fill the glass with ice and top with soda water. Stir gently to mix.

Garnish the drink with a sprig of mint and serve with a straw.

In a lowball glass, place the sugar cube and add the dashes of Angostura bitters.
