Method

Preparation of Base

1

Make the Syrup

In a medium saucepan, combine the cane sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar has completely dissolved.

2

Cool the Syrup

Once the sugar is dissolved, remove the saucepan from heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature.

Flavoring the Beverage

3

Add Flavorings

After the syrup has cooled, divide the syrup into equal portions into separate bowls for each flavor you want to create.

4

Mix Flavors

In each bowl, add the corresponding flavor ingredient (lime juice, strawberry puree, mango puree, pineapple juice, tamarind paste) to the syrup and stir well to combine.

Carbonation

5

Carbonate the Mixture

Using a soda maker or carbonation machine, carbonate the flavored syrup mixtures according to the manufacturer's instructions.

6

Serve Chilled

Pour the carbonated flavored mixtures into glasses over ice and serve immediately.
