Directions

1

Prepare the Glass

Take a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes until it is about three-quarters full.

2

Squeeze Lime

Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from one half directly into the glass over the ice. You can reserve the other half for garnish.

3

Pour the Coke

Open the bottle or can of Coca-Cola made with cane sugar and slowly pour it into the glass over the ice and lime juice. Fill the glass to the top.

4

Add Salt (optional)

If desired, sprinkle a pinch of salt over the drink to enhance the flavors. This is optional but can provide an interesting contrast to the sweetness of the soda.

5

Garnish and Serve

Garnish the drink with the remaining half of the lime if desired. Serve immediately with a straw or a stirring stick.
