Cooking Directions

1

Prepare Ingredients

Choose any three of the ingredients from ham, bacon, sausage, onions, bell peppers, and cheeses. Dice or crumble them as needed.

2

Beat the Eggs

In a mixing bowl, whisk the 3 large eggs until well beaten. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3

Cook the Omelet

In a non-stick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, pour in the beaten eggs.

4

Add Fillings

As the eggs start to set, add your chosen fillings (ham, bacon, sausage, onions, bell peppers, and cheeses) on one half of the omelet.

5

Fold and Serve

Once the eggs are fully set and the cheese is melted, carefully fold the omelet in half over the fillings. Cook for an additional minute, then slide it onto a plate and serve warm.
