Burger Preparation

1

Prepare the Beef Blend

In a large bowl, mix the short rib, chuck, and brisket ground beef. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Form the mixture into four equal patties.

2

Cook the Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until they reach your desired doneness.

3

Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American, cheddar, or Swiss cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

4

Prepare the Buns

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the brioche buns in a separate pan or toaster.

5

Assemble the Burgers

Place each cooked patty on the bottom half of a toasted brioche bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, bacon, or crushed avocado if desired. Place the top half of the bun on each burger.

6

Serve

Serve the burgers with a side of fries.
