Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

1

Juicing the Citrus

Using a citrus juicer, extract the juice from fresh limes and oranges. Measure out 2 tablespoons of lime juice and 1 tablespoon of orange juice. Set aside.

2

Mix the Base

In a large glass or pitcher, combine the Blood Orange San Pellegrino, fresh lime juice, and fresh orange juice. Stir gently to mix the flavors without losing carbonation.

3

Add the Sparkle

Slowly pour in the champagne or sparkling wine into the glass or pitcher. Pour gently to avoid excessive bubbling and to maintain carbonation.

4

Serve

Pour the Blood Orange Mimosa into individual champagne flutes. Optionally, garnish with a slice of blood orange on the rim.
