Prepare the Glass

Take a tall glass and run a lime wedge around the rim to moisten it. Dip the rim of the glass into a plate of Tajin seasoning to coat it evenly.

Mix the Ingredients

In a shaker, combine 2 oz of El Jimador Tequila, 4 oz of tomato juice, 1 tsp of Tapatío hot sauce, and 1 oz of lime juice.

Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Garnish the drink with a lime wedge, a celery stalk, and 2 olives on a skewer for an extra touch.
