In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Gradually mix in a small amount of the warm milk to create a smooth paste.

Add the cocoa paste to the remaining warm milk and stir until well combined. Pour in the brewed espresso and mix well.
