2. Make Butternut Squash Soup
Peel and cube the butternut squash. Chop the onion. In a pot, sauté onions until translucent, add squash, vegetable broth, and cinnamon. Simmer until squash is tender. Blend until smooth, stir in coconut milk, and season with salt and pepper.

3. Cook Salmon
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 12-15 minutes. Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

4. Make Chocolate Mousse
Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler. Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Fold melted chocolate into whipped cream. Chill until set, sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
Drink
5. Serve Champagne Cocktail
In a glass, add fresh raspberries and mint leaves. Pour champagne over, garnish with more mint leaves if desired.
