Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

2

Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble, leaving the drippings in the pan.

3

Sauté the Brussels Sprouts

In the same skillet, add olive oil and Brussels sprouts. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and tender.

4

Add Aromatics

Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes to the Brussels sprouts. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.

5

Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Pour this sauce over the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.

6

Add Bacon and Cashews

Stir in the crumbled bacon and cashews. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

7

Finish with Parmesan

Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

8

Serve

Serve hot as a side dish or a main course.
