Prepare the Ice Cream Base
In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, fermented honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Chill the Mixture
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until it is thoroughly chilled.
Churn the Ice Cream
Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Freeze the Ice Cream
Transfer the churned ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until it is firm.

Make the Bees Wax Crumble
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the beeswax and butter together until fully liquefied. Remove from heat.
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, flour, and a pinch of salt.
Combine Mixtures
Slowly pour the melted beeswax mixture into the dry ingredients while stirring to form a crumbly texture.
Bake the Crumble
Spread the crumble mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool.
