Prepare Lemon Curd
In a saucepan, combine lemon juice, sugar, and butter over medium heat, stirring until the butter melts. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks, and salt. Gradually add the egg mixture to the lemon mixture, whisking constantly. Cook until thickened, about 10 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve into a bowl and let cool.

Assemble the Tart
Spread the lemon curd into the pre-baked tart shell. Top with fresh blueberries. Pipe or spread the meringue over the blueberries and lemon curd. Use a kitchen torch to lightly brown the meringue if desired.
