Build the drink
Fill a large wine glass (or rocks glass if preferred) about three-quarters full with large ice cubes. Pour 2 tablespoons Aperitivo over the ice.
Add 3 ounces of chilled Cava slowly to preserve carbonation.
Garnish & Finish
Express the oils of an orange slice over the glass by holding it cut-side down and giving it a quick squeeze near the rim, then drop the slice into the drink or rest it on the rim as garnish.
Serve immediately while the Cava is still effervescent. Provide a cocktail napkin or small straw if desired.
