1

Prepare glass and mix base

Fill a tall 16–20 oz glass (or highball) about three-quarters full with ice. Pour in 1.5 oz vodka if using, then add 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice and 0.25 oz simple syrup. Stir gently to combine the spirit, citrus, and syrup with the ice.

2

Top with Twisted Tea

Slowly open and pour 1 can (12–16 oz depending on can size) of chilled Twisted Tea (lemon flavor) over the mixed base. Pour gently so the carbonation doesn't overflow. Leave about 1/2 inch at the top for garnish and stirring.

3

Finish and garnish

Give the drink one or two gentle stirs to integrate the iced tea with the lemon-vodka mixture. Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim and an optional sprig of fresh mint. Serve with a straw or stirrer.

Notes

If you prefer a lighter drink, omit the vodka and use just the Twisted Tea. Adjust simple syrup to taste if you like it sweeter. For a more citrus-forward version, add up to 0.75 oz lemon juice.
