Method

Cocktail Base (for 2 servings)

1

Prepare and Juice

Chill two highball or Collins glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes. Squeeze fresh lime and lemon to measure the required juices (1 oz lime, 0.5 oz lemon total).

2

Add 3 oz vodka, 1 oz white rum, 1 oz orange liqueur, 1 oz fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, 3 oz pineapple juice and 0.5 oz grenadine into a cocktail shaker.

3

Fill the shaker with ice (enough to chill quickly) and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.

Soda & Finish

4

Remove chilled glasses from freezer and divide about 1 cup (1 cup = ~8 oz) of cracked ice between them (about 1 cup per glass).

5

Strain the shaken cocktail evenly into the two prepared glasses over the cracked ice (roughly 3.5–4 oz cocktail mix per glass).

6

Top each glass with about 1.5 oz club soda (3 oz total) to add effervescence. Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters to each glass (approximately 1 dash = half of the 2 dashes called for).

7

Gently stir once with a bar spoon to integrate the soda without flattening the bubbles.

Garnish

8

Garnish each glass with a lime wheel on the rim and a maraschino cherry placed on top of the ice.

9

Serve immediately with straws or short stirring spoons. Enjoy responsibly.
