Prepare Coffee Base

Brew Espresso

Brew 2 shots of espresso using an espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker. Set aside.

In a small saucepan, heat 60 ml of water until just boiling, then remove from heat.

Make Chocolate Mixture

Combine Ingredients

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of sugar together.

Slowly add the hot water to the cocoa and sugar mixture, whisking until it forms a smooth paste.

Heat 150 ml of milk in a saucepan or microwave until hot, then stir it into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
