Preparation
Blend the Base Ingredients
In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, white rum, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Create the Colorful Layers
In a separate cup, mix the blue curaçao and grenadine syrup. Set aside.
Assembly
Layer the Drink
Pour the blended base into a tall glass. Slowly pour the blue curaçao mixture down the side of the glass to create a blue layer, followed by the grenadine syrup to create a red layer. Allow the colors to settle naturally for a layered effect.
Garnish and Serve
Top the drink with a medley of fresh fruit for garnish. Serve immediately with a straw or a stirrer for mixing.
