Method
For the Banana Pudding Crème Brûlée
Prepare the Custard
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and milk over medium heat until just simmering. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Combine with Egg Yolks
In a mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks and granulated sugar until pale. Gradually add the hot cream mixture to the yolks, whisking constantly.
Blend in Bananas
Puree the ripe bananas and fold into the custard mixture until smooth.
Chill and Caramelize
Refrigerate the ramekins for at least 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle brown sugar on top and caramelize using a kitchen torch.
Serve
Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
For the Honey-Dusted Chicken
Cook the Chicken
Coat the chicken breasts with the honey mixture and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Serve
Slice and serve alongside the banana pudding crème brûlée.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter.
Combine and Cook
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Cook in a preheated waffle maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
Serve
Serve warm with honey-dusted chicken and banana pudding crème brûlée.
