Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Steak

Season the bistro steak with salt, black pepper, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

2

Cook the Steak

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.

3

Prepare the Shrimp

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are blackened and cooked through.

4

Make the Creamed Spinach

In a saucepan, heat another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the baby spinach and sauté until wilted. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in the grated parmesan until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

5

Prepare Crispy Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden.

6

Serve the Dish

Slice the steak and plate it alongside the blackened shrimp, creamed spinach, and crispy potatoes. Garnish with pickled jalapenos and chopped chives.
