Prepare the Edamame
In a large bowl, soak the edamame in water for about 30 minutes to ensure they are hydrated and plump.
Preheat the Wood-Fired Oven
Preheat your wood-fired oven to a high temperature, around 600°F (315°C).
Drain and Season
After soaking, drain the edamame and toss them with Jacobsen sea salt. Make sure they are evenly coated.
