Marinade

Method

Marinade Preparation

1

Make the Marinade

In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

2

Marinate the Chicken

Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring that all pieces are coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Cooking

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F or 190-200°C).

4

Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.

5

Rest the Chicken

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serving

6

Garnish the Chicken

Slice the grilled chicken and arrange it on a serving platter. Top with chopped fresh parsley, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced olives for a refreshing Grecian touch.

7

Serve and Enjoy

Serve immediately while warm, paired with a side of your choice or a fresh Greek salad.
