Prepare the Glass
Fill a wine glass with ice cubes to chill.
Mix the Ingredients
Pour 2 oz of Lyre's Italian Orange over the ice, followed by 4 oz of soda water.
Add Sparkling Rosé
Top off the drink with 2 oz of sparkling rosé.
Garnish
Garnish with a slice of orange and fresh mint leaves.
Serve
Stir gently and serve immediately with a straw or stirring stick.
